Tzatziki is a Greek yogurt sauce. It has a light, fresh taste and adds a creaminess to any dish. Use it as a dip, or add it over a bed of rice or as a drizzle on a pita bread sandwich.
Ingredients
½ teaspoon sea salt
4 5.3 oz containers plain coconut yogurt
6 cloves of garlic
The juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon mint
1 teaspoon dill
1 tsp. black pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference. I like lots of dill flavor in mine.
That's it! Use this as a dip for fresh vegetables, pita bread, chips, or as a sauce to top any dish when you want to add creamy, fresh flavor.
