Some food blogs are run by cute people making equally cute food. Perfectly balanced. Not too spicy.
This is not that kind of blog.
I am the kind of person that looks at a recipe that calls for one clove of garlic and snorts with derision while immediately adding more.
I don’t have a problem. I can stop eating garlic anytime I want, honest! My motto is “When in doubt, always add more garlic”.
The thing is, food should be sassy. Food should be bold. It should be able to both comfort and surprise.
There is no greater crime against food than underseasoning.
